AmeriZone began in 1998 as a regional company providing zoning and permitting services to the wireless industry throughout the Northeast. From the start, our business model has been simple – hire quality, local professionals who understand the people, the personality and the process of the communities we cover.

The principal behind this concept is that locally-based professionals can respond better to a client’s needs. These professionals have a better understanding of the “ins and outs” of local permitting offices. They put a friendly face on a corporate applicant, and they can respond more quickly to problems that arise during reviews.

The results of this approach are self-evident. AmeriZone has expanded to a national footprint, with a team of local professionals covering all fifty states. Our clients include the largest retail chains in America, and our client list of contractors and architects has doubled each of the last three years.

The AmeriZone Process

AmeriZone relies on a streamlined process to handle assignments of any size, anywhere in the country.

Once we receive a project scope from our client, we immediately distribute individual sites out to our national network. These code professionals, each of whom is carefully screened for the appropriate background and experience, perform a detailed due diligence analysis that outlines the various approvals necessary for the job, along with a realistic time line for approvals.

With the due diligence complete, AmeriZone’s project manager becomes the client’s single point of contact for all aspects of the project. We coordinate the receipt of all drawings from architects, licensing and insurance information from all contractors, and delivery to our local professionals for filing. As issues arise, the project manager is the client’s hub for all communications among the various participants in the process. And once a permit is approved, our local professionals arrange for the pick-up and delivery of all permits to the client.

Status Check © On-Line Service

In addition to our hands-on approach to our client’s needs, AmeriZone has added our own proprietary Status Check© software to our services. Through a secure, password-protected system, our clients can view critical information and updates about the status of each permit in their project on a 24/7 basis. Clients can also receive real time e-mail alerts as updates occur, and can print out status reports on their projects direct from our website.

While Status Check© doesn’t replace our personal attention to our clients, it adds an element of convenience for the day-to-day management of projects.

AmeriZone's Fees

AmeriZone believes in offering affordable permitting services with no surprises through a “flat fee per permit” arrangement based upon the findings of our due diligence reports. While actual pricing will vary depending on the scope and volume of the project, our fees typically do not exceed $2,500, with the risk of additional costs borne by us for additional work we failed to identify up front.
